摘要 采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜和X射线衍射仪研究了新型形状记忆合金Ni47Ti43Nb9Al1的相组成及其结构。结果表明,室温下该合金由具有B2结构的TiNi相和具有体心立方结构的β-Nb相组成;β-Nb相多呈椭球状分布于合金基体中,其尺寸在0.2~1.2μm之间。添加到合金中的铝在TiNi相和β-Nb相中的分布相差较大,铝主要固溶于β-Nb相。 The constitutional phases and microstructure of Ni47Ti43Nb9Al1 alloy have been studied by means of optical microscopy,SEM,TEM and X-ray diffraction.It has been shown that the microstructure of the alloy consists of two phases:TiNi matrix with B2 structure and β-Nb with bcc structure.The β-Nb particles of 0.2-1.2μm appear to be cllipsoid-like and dispersed in the matrix.Moreover,the distribution of Al in the alloy is not uniform.
