摘要
通过彩色金相技术在钛合金织构分析中的应用研究,结果证明了TC4钛合金在特定的阳极化条件下,具有基面取向的α相为金黄色,其它取向的α相为洋红色,β相为紫色,并找到了最佳彩色衬度工艺,由此表明,阳极化彩色金相技术是分析钛合金织构的一个直观而简便的方法。
he application of color metallographic technology in titanium alloys texture analysis has been studied.It has been shown that the colors of α-phase with basic plane orientation,α-phase with other orientation and β-phase are golden yellow, pink and purple,respectively,in TC4 titanium alloys under a specific condition of positive polarization.A optimum color contrast technique is found.The results show that positive polarization color metallographic technology is a simple and direct method for titanium alloys texture analysis.
