摘要
报导了Ti-31钛合金的力学性能、高温热稳定性和在高温高压水中的耐腐蚀及抗脆性破坏性能.试验结果表明,Ti--31合金具有良好的综合机械性能,在高温高压LiOH溶液中吸氢少,抗脆性能好,可在350℃的环境长期使用;该合金还具有良好的焊接性和工艺性能,可制造各种板、棒、管、饼及零部件,是某些动力装置理想的候选材料。
t is reported the mechanical properties,high temperature corrosion-resistant in high pressure waterhigh temperature thermostability and hydrogen brittle resistant of alloy Ti-31.The results indicated that this alloy had good balance of mechanical properties.It could be used in LiOH solution for a long time at 350℃ due to its less hydrogen absorption and good resistant to brittle.The alloy was still well weldability and workability It can be worked into plates bars tubes cakes and parts.It was perfect material for somepower instrument.
