摘要
交通运输建设项目的地区经济效益是其经济效益的重要组成部分,目前尚以定性分析为主.本文提出一种运用系统工程理论和投入产出方法,研究交通运输建设项目地区经济效益的方法和模型.并以京津地区为实例,对京津塘高速公路和京津间三线铁路建设的地区经济效益进行了计算和分析,得到了有益的结果.
research the regional economic benifit of the transportation construction projects. This paper takes Beijing and Tianjin area as an example. The regional economic benifits of the construction of the Jing-Jin-Tang expressway and the Jing -Jin third line railway are calculated and analy-sized. And a valuable result has been got. The result shows that this method is practicable and effective.The regional economic benifit is an important part of the economic benifit of the transportation construction projects.
