只改变输出使决策单元变为DEA有效

Rendering a Decision - Making Unit DEA Efficient by Changing Its Outputs only

对非DEA有效(C^2R或C^2GS^2)的决策单元,本文给出一种方法,在诸输入不变的情况下,诸输出乘以同一的、适当的倍数使其变为DEA有效,且原来DEA有效的决策单元仍为DEA有效.

For a non DEA efficient (C2R or C2GS2) Decision Making Unit (DMU), this paper gives a method, which is to increase its outputs by same suitable tiines with its unchanged inputs, and by which this DMU is rendered DEA efficient when original DEA efficient DMUs are DEA efficient yet.
