摘要
本文用影子价格方法评价湖南省娄底地区某公路建设项目的经济效益,该项目列为世界银行“九六”财源支持的项目之一,已立项,即将投入建造.在项目分析过程中,本文根据实际案例对影子价格分析的方法,特别对影子价格定义的理解进行一些探讨.
This paper uses the Shadow price Method to evaluate the econonic benefit of a highway project in Lou Di prefecture of Hunan Province.It is a project which willbe financed by the world Bank put into construction in 1996. In the project analysis, the paper probes into the shadow price method, especially approaches the comprehension about the defeni-tion of shodow price according to practical regulations.
