摘要
本文是对两种教育质量管理方法,全面质量管理和ISO9000的比较分析。为了有助于深入理解两种方法在教育领域中应用的潜力与不足,本文还讨论了教育质量问题产生的背景及教育质量的内涵。
In this essay,I try to compare TQM and ISO9000 as two ap-proaches for achieving education quality. In order to further understand the potentials and limitations of theor appliactions in education, I also discussed the context of quality issue and various definitios of education quality.
