摘要
本文以我国ＣＩＭＳ技术占用工厂为背景，分析了制造企业生产经营计划的编制过程，研究建立了在产品生产计划确定之后产品产量、销售量和库存量优化问题的线性规划模型和目的规划模型，应用结果证明了模型的有效性。
Abstract This paper analyses the procedure of the production planning formulation for the manufactory with application of CIMS technique. The linear programming and goal programming models of the production plan- ning formulation probem are studied. It has been shown by its application that the models are effective.
