本文将系统优化法应用于长江流域船舶发展规划中，采用主系和子系统盘考虑的方法在ＡＤＣ方法的基础上建立了长江流域船舶发展的最优化模型，并利用这一模型去研究长江流域的航运发展．

Abstract This paper applies the system optimization method to ship olevolpment programme in Changjiang River. Taking the system and sub-systems into consideration,this paper establishes the system optimization models of ship devolpment programme in Changjiang River based on the ADC method uses this modelto systemically study ship devolpment in Changjiang River.
