一人多机生产系统的排队论模型研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文的目的是用排队论模型来研究一人多机生产系统的产出率及相互之间的关系问题。在该系统中1名工人同时看管两台机器,两种工件分别在两台机器上被手工加工和机器自动加工。设两种加工时间分别服从参数不同的负指数分布,其中一种工件的到达服从普阿松分布。两种排队规划将被考虑:交替规则和优先规则。 The purpose of this paper is to study the output rates of a production system with one operator and two machines as well as the relationship between two machines' behavior.In this system,one operator attends to two machines in which two types of units are processed respectively.Processing time of each unit has two compo nents: handwork and automatic machining.One type of units arrive the system according to Poissson process.At each machine the handwork times and machining times have exponential distribution with different parameters.Two queueing disciplines are investigatied:alternate discipline and preemptive priority discipline.
