摘要
本文对人体在不同强负荷下运动所能维持的最大时间和恢复时间进行分析研究,探索体力负荷与持续时间的关系,并根据人体在高强度运动中心率的变化来分析探讨以相对心率为指标来衡量极限负荷的可能性。
This paper studies the maximun time which human body can keep when men work under the different high physical work load and the time ofresuming physical strength after work, and researches the relationship between the physiccal work load and the keeping time.This paper also discusses the possibility of applying the relative heart rate to weigh up the limit physical work load according to the change of the heart rate when men work under the high physical work load
