摘要
本文提出了大设计的新概念，给出了广义优化的评价模型；在论述了大设计概念的主要特征后说明了研究、应用和发展工业工程均必须树立大设计概念。
This papcr comes up with a new idea of the maeroscopic concept of designing,and puts forward an evaluating model With general optimization:after discussing the major characteristics of the macroscopic coneept of designing.the auttor points out that any research,application and development concerning industrial engincering should be based upon the concept.
