摘要 本文定义了两种几何变换:水平旋转,垂直旋转。推导了它们在DCT域中的性质,描述了利用推导出的性质直接对压缩形式下的视频数据作水平旋转和垂直旋转的方法。 In this papor.we define two geometric transformations: horizontal mirror and vertical mirror.The attributes of these geometric transformations in the field of DCT(Discrete Cosine Transform)are de-rived,and the methods of horizontal mirror and Vertical mirror use these attributes are discripted,which dealdirectly with digital compressed video image.
