First─Order Current─Mode Filters Using Modified CCⅡ

本文提出了实现电流滤波器的新方法，该法采用了第二代改进电流传送器，由此得出了一系列一阶电流滤波器网络。所有一阶网络只需要一个有源器件、一个电容和一个电阻，这是实现一阶网络函数所需要的最少元件数。此外，电路也具有低灵敏度和易于级联等优点。

A new method of realzing current一mode filters is presented which uses the modified second-generation current conveyors(MCCⅡs).First-order current一mode circuits are obtained from this.The circuits require only one active device,one capacitor and one resistor,which are con- sidered to be the minimum component numbers required for the first-order networks.Moreover,these circuits have low sensitivity and is easy of cascading.
