摘要
本文从两方面进一步发展了《多级模糊综合评判》一文的内容。首先,根据模糊数学的原理,通过建立隶属函数对医院工作质量进行综合评价,使得模糊综合评判方法更具实用性,能够直接利用医院的常规性月或者年的一组统计数据进行质量评价工作。其次,在运算方面,采用加权平均型运算代替过去一般采用的取小、取大运算,使得次要因素的信息损失减少,运算本身能对所有的因素依权重大小均衡兼顾,故更能反映医院工作的实际情况。
This paper has developed the content of“multi-level Fuzzy comprehensive Evaluation”in tworespects.Firstly,on the basis of the principle of fuzzymathematics,membership function has been establis-hed and comprehensive evaluation on work qualilyof hospitals has been done,which make fuzzy com-prehensive evaluation more practical that quality ev-aluation can be conducted dir■ctly with a set ofhospital monthly or yearly routine statistical data.Secondly,in respect of operation,weighted ave-rage operalion has been used insteed of “taking min.or max.operation”which was used generally in thepast.In the result,the lost of the information onsecondary factors decreases.The operation of weigh-ted average can reflect actual condition of hospitalwork better,bacause the operation gives proprotionateconsideraction to all factors according to their weights.
