A Veriable Length White Block Skipping Compression Method for Binary lmage

摘要 在跳白块编码方法的基础上，提出一种变长跳白块编码压缩方法及给出算法，并通过实验与几种常用二值图象压缩方法的结果进行比较． This paper proposes a veriable length white Block skipping compressionmethod for binary image. After describing the principle of this method,the algorithm is present-ed.Some compression methods for binary imageare compaired by this method with perimentalresults.
