摘要
用化学法制备了Co-B、Co-Cu-B及Co-Ni-B非晶态合金,电子衍射表明合金为非晶,透射电镜证实合金是粒径约20nm的球状颗粒。以示差量热法及X衍射分析研究了非晶态合金的热稳定性、晶化激活能及晶化行为。结果表明:激活能数据能从能量角度解释Co-B热稳定性高于Co-Cu(Ni)-B;非晶态合金的晶化过程是随处理温度升高而逐步进行的。
Amorphous Co-B、Co-Cu-B and co-Ni-B alloys have been prepared by chem-ical reduction method. Transmission electron microscope (TEM)and electron diffraction resultsshow that the alloys are amorphous spheres with diameters about 20 nm。 The thermal stability ofamorphous Co-B and Co-Cu(Ni)-B alloys has been studied by differential scanning colorimetry(DSC).X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to examine the structure change of the samples heat-ed at different temperatures。 The results showed that,with the increasing of the treated tem-preature, the amorphous alloys were progressively crytallized.The reason why the thermal sta-bility of amorphous CoB alloy was much higher than that of Co-Cu(Ni)-B could been explainedby the value of the crystallization activation energy of amorphous Co-B and Co-Cu(Ni)-B alloys,
