摘要
介绍了超声转化蓝藻的方法,并用此方法获得了重组质粒pPRS-1转化Chroococcussp.的转化藻落。从这些转化藻落中检测到重组质pPRS-1.此结果证明重组质粒pPRS-1是一种E。coli和Chrooccussp.之间均可转化的穿梭质粒。
The method of ultrasonic transformation to Cyanobacteria is described,andby using this method,transformant colonies of Chroococcus sp.by recombinant plasmid pPRS-1are obanied.The recombinant plasmid pPRS-1 is detected from these transtormant colonies.The results suggests that the recombinant plasmid pPRS-1 is a shuttle plasmid between E.coli-HB101 and cyanobacterium Chroococcus sp.,
