摘要
报道了TbP_5O_(14)非晶材料及其掺入Gd ̄(3+)和Pr ̄(3+)之后的喇曼光谱.讨论了掺杂稀土离子对分子键结构和光学性能的影响.实验结果表明325cm ̄(-1)线的主要贡献者是RE-0键.掺杂稀土离子并不取代Tb ̄(3+),而是和形成新的RE-0键.
The observed Ramen spectra in noncrystalline TbP_5O_(14) and TbP_5O_(14): Gd ̄(3+),Pr ̄(3+) are reported. The effects of dopings on the structure of molecular bonds and optical perfor-mance were discussed. The experimental results show that the major contribution to 325 cm ̄(-1)line is made by RE-O bond.The doped rare-earth ion does not replace Tb ̄(3+),but forms new RE_O bond with .
