The p35S-CAT and puc13-pbl were digested with Bg1I resprectively.Anew recombiation plasmid pUP-35S was constructed by combining 4.1 kb DNA fragment fromp35S-CAT with 3.1kb DNAfragment from PUC13-pbl.pUP-35S contains intact small plasmidof filamentous cyanobacterium Plectonema boryanum and CaMV 35S promoter andchloramphenicol acetytransferase gene from p35S-CAT
