摘要
将碱法制浆黑液与稠油混合,可明显降低稠油的粘度.用均匀设计法设计试验,讨论了黑液浓度、稠油酸值、水油比(体积)、温度及水的矿化度对稠油降粘作用的影响.结果表明,黑液浓度为5%~15%,酸值为3~4.5mg/g(KOH/油)时,体系粘度最低,在试验范围内,水油比越大,温度越高,矿化度越小体系的粘度越低.
The reduction of viscosity of heavy crude oil by adding black liquor from alkaline pulping was studied in this paper. Black liquor can reduce the viscosity of heavy crude oil and improve the fluidity of it. Different influencing factors in viscsity reduction such as concentration of black liquor, acid value of oil, black liquor-oil ratio (volume), treating temperature and salinity of the water are researched through designing experiment by homogeneous design method.Except having three leveis of acid value, other factors have sixlevels. They follow that concentrations of black liquor are 0. 5%~20%, acid values (KOH/oil) of heavy crude oil are 2. 42 ~ 6.05mg/g, black liquor-oil ratios are 4 ~ 1/3, treatingtemperature are40 ~ 96℃, salinities of the water are 2000-80000 ppm. As a result,concentrations of black liquor are 5%~15%, acid values (KOH/oi1) are 3~4. 5mg/g, blackliquor-oil ratios are 1~4, treated temperatures are 65~96℃, salinities of the water are less than 20000 ppm, the viscosity reduces significantly.
