摘要
国际出生缺陷监测交换所第14届年会(1987)推荐的累计和法(CUSUM),是出生缺陷监测中的一种有效而简便的方法。本文结合作者的经验,用实例说明了它的具体应用,并对其应用范围、误差和样本含量等问题作了探讨。内容重在应用,对理论基础的讲述从略。
The CUSUM technique is an effective andconvenient tool to use for monitoring congenitalmalformations.It was oresented at the XIV AnnualMeeting of the International Clearinghouse for BirthDefects Monitoring Systems,held in Madrid in Octo-ber 1987.In this paper,some exmples and auhors'experience for its application are illustrated,emph-asized on the practical uses of the technique ratherthan on the theoretical basis.
