摘要
美国卫生信息收集工作开展得很早,从1780年国家即开始进行每十年一次的普查。尽管普查的内容每次都有些变动,但人口统计、主要健康指标基本上是有的。美国卫生信息系统比较庞大,既有国立卫生统计中心。
