摘要
为研究肿瘤抑制基因P53与卵巢癌的关系,用多聚酶链反应-单链构象多态(PCR-SSCP)银染技术检测了30例上皮性卵巢癌中P53基因第5~8外显子的点突变。结果;SSCP阳性12例,阳性率为40%,第5、6、7外显子分别为1、2、9例。P53基因点突变率在各临床分期、组织学分级、组织学类型之间未发现明显差异,说明P53基因是突变在卵巢癌的发展过程中可能一直起着重要作用。
In order to research the relationship between P53 gene and epithelial ovarian carcinoma,30 cases of ovarian carcinoma were studied using PCR-SSCP to determine the point mutations of P53 gene (exon 5~8). The results showed that 12 of 30 cancerous specimens were SSCP positive (40%). 1,2 and 9cases were occurred at exon 5, 6and 7 respectively.The point mutations of P53 gene were detected in almost all stages,histological grades, histological types as well. This study preliminarily suggests that point mutation of P53 gene may play an important role in development of ovarian carcinoma.
