摘要 本文针对Si_3N_4基陶瓷材料作为高温结构材料使用的不同环境,首先讨论了Si_3N_4陶瓷在高温下的氧化,继而论述了Si_3N_4陶瓷在熔融盐(钠盐或钾盐)中的腐蚀研究现状。文中最后指出了腐蚀研究中存在的问题,提出了今后应进行的研究方向。 Based on the different application environments of Si3N4 based ceramics as high temperature structural materials, this paper first reviewed the oxidation of Si3N4 based ceramics, then discussed the current status of hot corrosion of Si3N4 based ceramics in the melt salts,and at last pointed out that the concerned basic researches such as hot corrosion mechanism,corrosion thermadynamics and kinetics of Si3N4 based ceramics should be carried on in the future
