我国近年来乙二醇生产发展迅速，但仍满足不了国内迅速增长的需求．１９９４年我国乙二醇的产量达３８．９９万ｔ，需求量为５１．３３万ｔ。预计１９９６年国内总需求量约为６０万ｔ。

The production of ethyene glycol in China developed rapidly in recent years. But it can not meet the high increasing demand.China had a output of 389 900 tons in 1994,with a de-mand of 513 300 tons,It is estimated that China will need ethylene glycol 600 000 tons in 1996.
