摘要 对AACH(Ammonium Dawsonite)热解法制取高纯超细氧化铝粉体进行了工业化应用试验研究。试验产品Al_2O_3纯度为三个九,平均粒径:0.5μm;粒度分布:<0.3μm18.6%,<O.5μm50.6%,<1.Oμm74.9%,<1.6μm92.4%,<3.0μm100%;真密度3.92~3.97g/cm^3;α-Al_2O_3含量96.3%;扫描电镜观测的显微结构为0.Xμm粗细的连续蠕虫状结构,烧结活性高,可望应用于透明氧化铝瓷、人工宝石工业制品、IC基片、切削工具、精密光学机械零件等诸多领域。 Industrial experimental investigations of obtainment of the high pulity superfine alumina powder was carried out by the thermal decomposition of AACH(ammonium dawsonite or ammonium aluminum carbonate hydroxide). The alumina pulity of the obtained product is 3 nine grade;the average particle size is 0. 5uuuum;the distribution of the particle size is as follows: < 0. 3μml8. 6%, < 0. 5μm50. 6%, < 1.0μm 74. 9%, < 1. 6μm92. 4%, < 3.0μm100%; the true density is 3.92-3.97g/cm3;the α-Al2O3 content is 96.3%; the mi-crostructure observed by SBM is continuous vermicular with 0. X μm width;the sinterability is very good. It can be used in transparent alumina ceramics ,industral products with artificial jewel,IC substrate,cutting tools,precise optical mechanism parts and so on.
