摘要 光栅线上移传感技术在机床数控、数显中占有重要的地位,但其接长非常困难,以至于目前我国除粗线纹光栅外,能接长到3m以上的位移传感器还没有实用化的。本文针对实用化接长技术需要,借助于粗线纹光栅特殊的测量原理,提出了一种新的接长方法,在理论上作了初步探讨,并作了实验验证.该接长方法已用于工厂现场,接长6.4m坐标. The grating displacement measuring technology plays an important role in digital display and numerical control in machine tools. But there is no realizable grating displacement measuring system which can connected long to 3 metres or more besides coarse grating, beause it is difficult for the grating to be connected long. To make the demand of application, the paper proposes a new type of method to connect the grating long by use of the special principle of coarse grating. The paper also discussed the principle in theory, which is proved by expert ments,This method has been applicated in factory in which coarse grating has been connected 6.4 metres long.
