摘要
中国计量科学研究院（ＮＩＭ）的直流电动势副基准经多次与国内外约瑟夫森电压标准比对表明，七年中最大累积变化约为０．２１×１０－６，平均每年变化仅０．０３ｕＶ．从１９９５年１月１日起改值０．２０×１０－６后，可与国际电压值在３×１０－８误差范围内保持一致．
It has been shown by comparison between secondary standard ofDC EMF at NIM and Josephson-effect standard in the country and abroadthat the maximum accumulating veriation in 7 years is about 0.21×10-9,and the average change is only 0.03μV/year. After changing the value of0.20×0-9 it can coincide with international voltage value in a range oferrors 5×10-8.
