本文主要介绍了高纯氮中一氧化碳、甲烷、氢及二氧化碳的分析方法以及性能测试．分析的不确定度为３％－１０％．

The analytical method and performance test about trace-CO,CH4,Ha and CO2 in high pure nitrogen are introduced in this paper.Experiment results showed that the uncertainty of analytical method is of 3%-10%.
