摘要
本文分析了程控精密直流源高稳定性的设计特点,经过三代产品─—模拟式、数字程控式、单片机程控式的研制与用户的使用证明,该仪器长期稳定性好,24小时稳定性为±1PPm到±10PPm,优于英国Datron标准4707和美国Fluke标准仪5700A相应点的长期稳定性.
This article analyses design features of High Stability Programmable Direct Current Source. These products have been developedthrough three steps--precision direct current source, precision digital direct current source, intelligent precision direct current source. 24 Hours,long term stability has been proved to be very well through a great dealof tests and use of users. 24 Hours, long term stability at the corresponding point is better than that of 'Standard 4707 Datron Company of Britain'and 'Calibrator 5700A Fluke company of America'-to be ± 1ppm ̄ ± 10ppm.
