摘要
本文提出了一种采用悬挂靶的流量传感器,并对其工作特性进行了理论分析及试验研究,这种传感器具有很好的低流速(流量)测量特性,并且具有易于交换量程,工作可靠等优点。试验表明,悬挂靶式流量传感器可测量流速低于1m/s的空气管流.
The paper presents a new design of low velocity flow measurement device, Pendulous Drag Plate Flowmeter.In the flowmeter design angular displacement of a drag plate caused by fluid momentum effect was detected by a solenoidal inductor to determine the flow.The special feature of the flowmeter lies in its high sensitivity for low fluid velocity measurement, the experimental result shows a good performance of measuring aver age velocity of air flow lower than lin/s in a pipe and it is very easy to varify its measurement range only by changing the weight of its drag plate.
