摘要
用有机化合物成型硅铁原料制备复合炉料。实验研究表明,这种复合炉料工艺简单、强度高、反应性好,其比电阻比原始块状炉料大。经在1800KvA硅铁电炉上配加40%复合炉料进行生产实践,取得了单位节电21.5%、节焦28%的良好效果。
The mixed funace material can be prepared inthe form of silicom-iron material cast with the organiccompounds. Experiments and researches show that this wayis very simple, with a high degree of strength and a soundrcaction, with 40% mixed furnace materials in the 1800KVASilicon-Iron furnace gets a satisfactory result of 21.5%power saving per unit and of 28% coke.
