摘要
应用正电子湮没多普勒展宽技术研究了含不同稀土量的16Mn钢的回复过程。实验结果表明,稀土元素的存在使S参数迅速下降,这可能是由于稀土元素对间隙杂质原子的吸引减少了杂质原子对位错的封锁以及稀土对钢质的净化作用所致。在再结晶温度下,湮没特征表现为连续回复过程。
Effect of rare earth elements on recovery process of steel 16Mn have been investigated by means of Doppler broadening measurement of positron annihilation radiation. The experimental results show that the rare earth elements make the S-paramenter decrease rapidly, which resulted from the realignment of dislocations and recovery process of the material caused by the rare earth elements.At the reerystall temperature, the feature of annihilation appears as continual recovery process.
