摘要
通过热分析手段(TGA和DSC)研究了超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMW-PE)的红磷阻燃体系和IFR-ZB膨胀型阻燃体系在一定条件下燃烧时的阻燃行为和阻燃机理。结果表明:红磷阻燃体系在UHMW-PE热分解前,就已经起到延缓热分解的作用;IFR-ZB膨胀型阻燃体系在UHMW-PE热分解的同时即开始延缓热分解。
By thermal analysis (TGA and DSC), the flame retardant performance and mechanism of red phosphorus and IFR -ZB expansion type flame retardant systems of UHMW -PE were studied when the syetcms were burning under certain conditions. It was found that red phosphorus flame retardant system had delayed thermodccomposition before UHMW-PE thermodecomposition bagan, and IFR-ZB expansion type flame retardant system started to act when UHMW-PE thermally decomposed.
