摘要
研究了采用活性重质碳酸钙(CaCo_3)填充的废聚氯乙烯农膜(WPVC)为原料,生产PVC地砖基片,并研究了该原料对体系加工性能和物理机械性能的影响。介绍了PVC地砖的工艺技术、PVC地砖基片配方的选择及最佳工艺条件的确定。结果表明:热压贴合成型PVC高填充地砖的加工技术可行,利用废PVC农膜生产PVC地砖基片,降低了产品成本,具有可推广性。
The preparation of CaCO3 filled PVC floor tile chip using waste PVC agricultural film as raw material was developed. The processing properties and physical mechanical properties of the system were studied. The processing technology, the choosing of formulation and optimum technological conditions of PVC floor tile preparation were introduced. The results showed that the processing technology of filled PVC floor tile by hot pressing laminate moulding was practical and could be popularized.
