摘要
报告４例原发性脾脏肿瘤，其中良性脾肿瘤３例，脾非寄生虫性囊肿１例。４例均行脾切除治疗，术后疗效满意。本文结合１９８９年报告的３例，对７例病人作了临床分析，并对本病的有关问题加以讨论。
The author reported 4 cases with pri-mary tumors of
the spleen, in which 3 were benigntumors and 1 was non-parasitic
cyst.Splenectomywas performed on 4 patients with primary tumors ofthe
spleen.The postoperative results were satisfacto-ry. Combined with 3
cases reported in 1989,the arti-cle made a clinical analysis on 7
cases and discussedsome problems related to the disease.
