摘要
对球铁中上下贝氏体形态,尤其是贝氏体内部结构进行了观察与分析,发现贝氏体首先在石墨-奥氏体界面形核;380℃等温淬火形成的上贝氏体条片内也存在较多的残余奥氏体,并可能形成岛状贝氏体。
In this paper, we investigated the upper and lower bainite morphology of ADI, particularly the microstructure within bainitic platelets. It was found that bainitic platelets nucleat firstly at graphite/austenite interface. When austem-pered at 380C there is a amount of retained-austenite within upper bainitic platelets and island-shaped bainitic morphology might form.
