摘要
采用热开箱继以受控冷却的模拟等温淬火热处理的方法,以证实Cu-Ni-Mo合金球墨铸铁用于制作球磨机衬板的可行性。试验结果为,壁厚45mm的铸件获得了下贝氏体、部分马氏体加少量残余奥氏体;(?)(无缺口试样)大于20J/cm^2,硬度大于45HRC,(?)大于1110MPa。能成功地取代中锰球墨铸铁。
To verify the feasibility of using the Cu-Ni-Mo alloyed bainite ductile iron in the manufacture of the lining plate for ball mill, a method of a hot shake-out followed by controlled cooling to simulate austempering heat treatment was adopted. The results show that a matrix microstructure of the casting with wall thickness of up to 45mm consisting of lower bainite and partial martensite with a small amount of retained austenite was obtained. The bainite ductile iron had an impact value (unnotch tests pieces) of-greater than 20J/cm2,a hardness number of greater than 45 HRC and a tensile strength level of greater than 1110 MPa considerably superior to medium manganese ductile iron. It was indicated that the medium manganese ductile iron can be successfully replaced by this type of ductile cast iron.
