空冷无炉衬冲天炉的研究

摘要 无炉衬冲天炉的特点是炉体除炉缸部分外,不用炉衬,代之以耐热金属材料制成的炉胆;采用换热结构在炉胆外侧作强制空气冷却,以降低炉服的工作温度;同时采用分段、分片制作炉胆的方法,解决炉胆的热应力问题;冷却用空气在冷却炉胆的过程中成为热风并被送入炉内实行热风操作。 The liningless cupola is featured by that the furnace shaft, except the hearth section, is not lined but substituted by a heat-exchanging jacket (HEJ)which is made of heat-resistant metal. The heat exchanging construction is used to carry out forced air-cooling on the external surface of the HEJ to re-duce its working temperature. The HEJ is consisted of several individually made sections and pieces to reduce its thermal stress. In the process of cooling of the HEJ the cold air is changed into hot blast and delfvered into furnace to practise the hot blast melting.
