摘要
介绍了一种适用于小容量注塑机、用材少的塑料试样模具,采用半热流道,使缩孔、内凹明显改善,较真实地反映了被测物的固有特性。同时对模套壁厚作了强度和刚度计算。
The plastic sample mould suitable for small capacity injection machine was described. By semi-hot runner, shrinkage cavity and sink of the sample was improved obviously. The natural properties of the determined material were reflected really. The strength and stiffness of wall thickness of the mould sleeve was calculated.
