聚四氟乙烯大型模压板材的成型工艺及应用 被引量:3

摘要 着重介绍聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)悬浮树脂经模压、烧结后制成厚度为3~100mm、长和宽均为1~2m的大型板材的成型工艺技术以及PTFE板材所具有的耐腐蚀、耐高低温、不粘性、介电性能及低摩擦系数等特性在各领域的应用。用本文的方法成型PTFE大型板材可达到的性能为:密度2.10~2.30g/cm^3,拉伸强度≥15MPa,断裂伸长率≥150%,击穿电压10kV/mm。 The moulding technology by which PTFE suspension resin could be moulded and sintered into 3 - 100mm thick, 1 - 2m2 area large plate , and the various applications of the characteristics of PTFE plate which included corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, non - adhcsivity dielectric property and low friction coefficient etc. were described. The large PTFE plate moulded by this method had density 2.1 - 2.3g/cm3,tcnsilc strength ≥15MPa,breaking extension ≥ 150% and breakdown voltage 10 kv /mm.
