摘要
用有限元法对注塑机前模板进行受力分析,前处理软件生成所需的数据,后处理软件对计算结果进行处理,并用实测数据校核计算的准确性,为模板的设计提供了准确的方法。
The front caul of injector was analysed with finite element method, the pro-procession software got the ncccssory data , and the post-procession software treated the calculated results , the accuracy of calculation was checked with the determined data. It was a right method for caul design.
