摘要
本文就关系中国文献编目工作发展方向的基本问题 :能否实现中外文统一 ,以及主要款目的存废、编目详简程度、手工编目与机读编目、规范控制等提出了作者的见解。
The author gives own his oun opinions about the basic topics concerning the development of Chinese Cataloguing Rules. These topics are:whether the Chine se cataloguing practices and the western cataloguing practices can be intergrat d;to retain the main entry or not;when to use the detailed cataloguing and the s implified cataloguing; the relation between the manual cataloguing and the comp uter-aided cataloguing;how to realize the authority control.
