Di-p-Methoxylphenylcylopropylcyanid, a novel type of prospective Prostalandinesynthetase inhibitor, was synthasized by Wittig Reaction from Di-p-methoxylphenylacrylonitrileand sulfer ylide. The reaction was catalyzed by sodium hydride under the anhydrous condition.The structure was preliminarily identified by MS, IR and NMR.
