A second order detivative UV spectrophotometry was used todelermine the dissolution of FIuoxetine Hydrochloride Capsules. The absorption effect of adjuvant to dissolutionwas eliminated bythis method which is precise,rapid,and proper to the control of drug quality.The recoyery of this method is between 99.67%-100.7%.
