商店、旅店HBsAg污染情况调查

AN INVESTIGATION OF HBsAg CONTAMINATION IN SHOPS AND HOTELS

采用酶标法（ＥＬＩＳＡ）对太原市商店、旅店ＨＢｓＡｇ污染情况调查，结果显示，商店ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性检出率为２０％，旅店ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性检出率为１５．３２％。这表明商店、旅店ＨＢ－ｓＡｇ污染较为严重，接触传播是商店、旅店乙肝病毒的主要传播途径。

HBsAg contamination in shops and hotels in Taiyuan city was investigated by means of ELISA, The positive rates of HBsAg were20%in shops and 15.32%in hotels.The results showed that the contami nation of HBsAg was serious in shops and hotels,and contacting was the major spreading way of HBsAg ing shops and hotels.
