三种集合法的比较及其在出生缺陷监测中的应用

COMPARISON OF SETS TECHNIQUES AND THEIR APPLICATLION IN BIRTH DEFECTS MONITORING

集合法是出生缺陷监测中常用的方法之一。它也可用于肿瘤及其它慢性病的监测。本文介绍了三种集合法，并用Ｎｅｗｔｏｎ－Ｒａｐｈｓｏｎ法给出了参数的迭代过程和便查表。同时进行了三种集合法效率的比较，并在成都市第二人民医院试用。

The Sets technique is one of the typical statistic methods in surveillance of birth defects. It is also applied to monitor cancers ahd other chronic diseases. In this paper, the authers introduced three sets techniques, and gave their parameters by applying Newton Raphson method. At the sanie time, the comparison of their efficiency was finished. The authers tested them in the Second People's Hospital of Chengdu.
