摘要
本文采用姐妹染色单体交换(SCE)和微核测定法作被动吸烟儿童的体内研究。结果表明,被动吸烟儿童外周淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体交换率(SCEs)和微核平均出现率均较对照组高。对本实验现实意义进行了讨论。
The passive smoke children were studied via sister chromated exchange(SCE)and micronucleuqmeaxurement.The results indicate that in the passive smoke children,the rate of the SCE of peripheral lymphocytes and the average emerging rate of micronucleus is higher than the control group.
