摘要
本文对１０６例消化道肿瘤患者和１００例健康人进行恶性肿瘤家族史的病例对照研究。单因素分析和多因素分析结果均表明恶性肿瘤家族史在消化道恶性肿瘤发病中有重要的作用。其相对危险度高于其它危险因素。分析结果提示恶性肿瘤家族史是一个独立的危险因素。
This paper analyses the relationship between family contracting malignant tumor history and contracting alimentary canal cancer by case-control study.There are 106 people in case group and 100 people in control group.Both simple factor analysis and multiway analysis show that family contracting malignant tumor history has a great effect on contracting alimentary canal cancer,It's RR is the highest in all danger factors.The results show that it is an independent danger factor.
